These workshops have been specially designed to help people learn
to relax at work. Relaxation at work promotes wellbeing, balance
which enhances performance and improves productivity.

Our workshops are interactive and delivered by an experienced
facilitator to a groups of 6 - 100 participants. They can be
booked for a full day, a half day, 100 minutes or 50 minutes.

Each workshop has an underlying theme and the content
can be fine-tuned to suit your objectives. Highlighted on the right
