StressBusters Executive Insight Coaching grew out of our Promoting
Participants were frequently requesting 1:1 conversations with our
workshop leaders. A combination of the content, the style of delivery
and the facilitator were encouraging some participants to explore
issues never addressed before. This has led to two forms of
coaching – Insight Coaching and Xtra Insights.
Our 1:1 coaching sessions focused on helping people learn how to
change their responses to pressure.
We explore how managing the pressures and stresses of the
workplace impact performance and productivity. We look at what
happens to the mind and body under pressure and
how each of us
reacts differently. Discovering how psychology, mindfulness,
neuroscience, philosophy and physiology can improve wellbeing leads us to finding practical solutions for each unique situation.
Clients and their colleagues consistently report swift and sustained improvements in professional performance and productivity. We achieve quick and lasting results.
The duration of each appointment is usually 60 minutes. Whilst most sessions are face to face meetings these can be supplemented with telephone, online or email conversations.
£195 + vat per hour.
An initial free half hour session can be arranged, where appropriate, to enable us both to establish whether what we can offer is appropriate for an individual client’s circumstances. Thereafter a programme of 6 sessions is usually arranged, which can be extended upon request.
At StressBusters we know that the more time we invest in discussing with our clients their current circumstances, objectives and your outcomes, the better the result for all concerned. This investment is included in our fees.
Xtra Insights are brief 1:1 or small group sessions. They form part of a workshop programme (for example workshop in the morning, Xtra Insights in the afternoon). They provide a chance for participants to discuss topics of focussed interest to them in more detail than could be could be addressed during the workshop. Each session lasts between 15-30 minutes and can be pre-booked - or arranged after a workshop is completed.
These sessions can explore a broad range of current concerns – everything from ‘Difficult conversations’, ‘How to stop worrying’ to ‘Switching off after work’.
Fees for these are included in the agreed fees for the workshop programme.
