enhancing general well being in the office environment.
Aromatherapy Hand Massage combines the therapeutic
and de-stressing effects of hand massage, with the
uplifting or relaxing effects of the oils.

It will be of particular benefit to those who use computers.

The oils are absorbed through the skin, into the circulatory
system, where they are carried to specific sites around the
body. Further more the oils release aromatic particles, which
have either a stimulating or relaxing effect on the mind.

A full Aromatherapy Treatment usually takes 1 hour but for
your Health Day, our Aromatherapist provides an extra
15 minute hand massage session.
