In this Workshop we create an opportunity for participants to
explore how well-managed well-being impacts on peak
performance. We look are what happens to the mind and body
when we experience the stress response and what happens
when we trigger the relaxation response. This Workshop is
sprinkled with tips on how to look after ourselves better,
Mind and Body.

This Workshop is particularly useful for helping both managers and staff to:
  • reflect on ways to improve their personal and office working environment
  • learn what specifically will help them as individuals
  • start and finish the day motivated and full of Vitality
  • identify what needs to be, and can be, improved in their working environment
  • stay relaxed in a high-pressure environment
  • switch off after a demanding day
As a result of this approach participants:
  • become part of the process of identifying what will make the workplace more productive
  • become committed to making this happen
