In this Workshop we create an opportunity for participants
to explore their own worklife balance and to learn from the
experience of others. The emphasis is on exploring what
we have too much of and too little of in work and life and
how to find solutions. This Workshop is sprinkled with exercises
and tips on how to relax in work and life.
This Workshop is particularly useful for helping both managers
and staff to:
- identify specific areas which may need further support
- deal with the pressure of deadlines
- handle change
- improve communication and understanding within a team
- stay relaxed in a high-pressure environment
- switch off after a demanding day
As a result of this approach participants:
- become part of the process of identifying what will make the workplace more productive
- become committed to making this happen
