In this VitalityBreak we create an opportunity for participants
to explore their own worklife balance and to learn from the
experience of others. The emphasis is on exploring what
we have too much of and too little of in work and life and
how to find solutions. This VitalityBreak is sprinkled with exercises
and tips on how to relax in work and life.

This VitalityBreak is particularly useful for helping both managers
and staff to:
